Sheet: about MGC

The builder who also runs the park

MGC Developers, LLC has been building and designing Family Entertainment Centers since 1989. That is 37 years in 2026, from a base in East Hartford, CT.

The firm also operates facilities of its own, so the person drawing your layout has had to run a park on a busy Saturday. MGC says on its own site that many people consider it to be the mini golf course construction innovators. The owners who hired the firm are quoted below.

Beyond construction

MGC assists with more than the build itself. A new owner can lean on the firm for four things that usually decide whether a park opens on time.

  • Purchasing Equipment

Karts, boats, pitching machines and the rest of what the attraction runs on.

  • Operating and Maintaining Your Facility

The advice of a builder that runs facilities of its own.

  • Site Location

Choosing the land before the budget is set from its demographics.

  • Obtaining Permits

Getting the build approved before the construction date is scheduled.
