From your first call to a construction date

The project moves in the order MGC publishes on its FAQ. The starting prices are listed there too, and every figure is a typical starting point rather than a quote.

  1. Site chosen

    You pick the land, or MGC helps with Site Location before anything is drawn.

  2. Budget from demographics

    The budget is set from the site and the people who live around it, not from a brochure number.

  3. Layout and design

    MGC draws the layout and design. Once you accept it, the plan is fixed.

  4. Deposit

    A deposit of 10% of the budgeted project cost schedules the construction date.

  5. Weekly draws

    Payment runs in weekly draws as the crew builds, with final payment upon completion.
